Why don't you publish prices?
Because a Nami engagement is shaped to your impression volume, the surfaces you run on, and the teams in the product every day. A list price would be wrong for everyone. Expect a single annual number, no per-seat or per-page line items, and a quote that arrives within a week of the first call.
How is pricing structured?
One annual contract. The main variables are impression volume and the surfaces you orchestrate (mobile, web, CTV). Seats, environments, integrations, experiments, and the CSM partnership are flat — they don't scale against you.
Is there a minimum?
Nami is an enterprise platform. Teams working with us typically have 100,000+ active subscribers, or a clear path to that scale inside the year. If you're earlier, we'll point you to partners who fit the stage better.
What's included in every engagement?
Every base Nami contract includes Page Builder, Experiments, Assets, Insights, the drop-in SDK, and unlimited users. Flow Builder is on a separate tier — license it when onboarding flows or multi-step subscriber journeys are part of the work, skip it when they aren't. A named CSM, solutions engineering, audit logs, and a custom DPA come with every Nami contract, no matter which tier you start on.
How do you handle CTV and multi-platform?
CTV is in the core product, not an add-on. One contract covers iOS, Android, web, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, and embedded surfaces. The same pages, flows, and experiments can target any of them.
What does implementation look like?
A dedicated solutions engineer maps your funnel in week one, migration runs in parallel with early experiments, and your first live tests land before the full rollout finishes. Most enterprise deployments are in production inside six weeks.
