Application Standards Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2019

Nami ML Inc. (“Nami,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this document) maintains a platform that delivers proprietary customer subscription and paywall management services (the “Services”). Per the Nami Terms of Service, we expect our Customers (“Customer”, “you” in this document) to adhere to the following Application Standards for any software applications that interface with our Services (each, an “Application”):

1. Your Application will conform to terms and guidelines that apply to any commercial distribution platform on which it is distributed, including but not limited to:
2. Applications distributed on the Apple App Store must conform to the App Store Review Guidelines.
3. Your Application will make money the right way. Your Application won’t attempt to defraud, trick, or mislead your users into buying an in-app purchase or in-app subscription in any way.
4. Your Application must use the official Nami software development kit (the “Nami SDK”) published via Nami’s GitHub repositories.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
