In the event we terminate this Terms of Use, any applications you have submitted will continue to be evaluated, and any existing transactions you have entered into with us shall remain in effect.

The Site is not intended for use by persons in any jurisdiction or country where such use would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations. We may restrict your access to the Site during times you are in another country or jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
